# Media

Add images to your screenshots.

## How to use

### Import from File
1. Click the Media button in the toolbar
2. Select an image file from your computer
3. The image appears on the canvas

### Paste from clipboard
1. Copy an image (Cmd/Ctrl+C)
2. In hypershot, paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V)
3. The image appears on the canvas

## Supported formats

- PNG
- JPEG
- WebP
- GIF (static, first frame)

## Options

| Option | Values | Description |
|--------|--------|-------------|
| **Shadow** | On / Off | Drop shadow behind the image |

## Adjusting images

After adding an image:
- **Move** — Drag to reposition
- **Resize** — Drag corners (maintains aspect ratio)
- **Flip** — Right-click → Flip Horizontal/Vertical

## Tips

- **Logos** — Add your company logo to screenshots
- **Icons** — Insert emoji or icons as images
- **Comparisons** — Place images side by side
- **Watermarks** — Add transparent PNG watermarks
- **Diagrams** — Combine screenshots with diagram elements

## Examples

**Adding a logo:**
> Import your logo PNG and position it in the corner

**Comparison shot:**
> Place two images side by side with arrows

**Icon callout:**
> Add an emoji image next to text
