Affiliate program terms

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

These terms govern the hypernuclear affiliate program, where partners share hypershot with their audience and earn a commission on the sales they send us. They’re an agreement between you (the “Partner”) and hypernuclear (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By sharing your link or code, you agree to them.

  • The program is by invitation. We decide who joins, and you must be at least 18.
  • When you join, we give you a promotion code and a link to the website that carries it (for example, hypernuclear.com/hypershot?ref=YOURCODE).
  • Your code and link are for you to share. Don’t transfer them to anyone else.
  • A sale is yours when your code is applied to a hypershot purchase at checkout, whether the buyer arrived through your link or typed your code in.
  • Your code gives the buyer a discount. A checkout takes one code, so if the buyer uses a different code, or none, the sale isn’t counted as yours.
  • We don’t use cookies or track buyers across sites. The code on the purchase is the only record of where a sale came from, and our records decide which sales are yours.
  • You earn 30% of what the buyer paid for each paid hypershot license sold with your code, excluding taxes.
  • Refunded and charged-back purchases earn nothing. If one is refunded after we’ve paid you for it, we deduct it from your next payment.
  • Purchases you make with your own code, for yourself or anyone you buy for, earn nothing.
  • We add up each calendar month’s commissions and pay them by the end of the following month. The gap covers our 30-day refund window.
  • Payments are made through Stripe, our payments provider, in US dollars. Before your first payment, you’ll need to set up a payout account and give us the tax information the law requires (for example, a W-9 in the United States or a W-8BEN elsewhere).
  • If a month’s commissions come to less than $25, they carry over to the next month until they reach it.
  • You’re responsible for any taxes on the commissions you earn.

You may share your link and code anywhere you have an audience: videos, posts, newsletters, reviews and your own website. When you do:

  • Say you earn a commission. Wherever you share your link or code, say clearly that you earn from it. In the United States this is required by the FTC, and many other countries have similar rules.
  • Be accurate. Describe hypershot, its features and its prices truthfully, and don’t promise anything we don’t offer.
  • Don’t present yourself as hypernuclear or as speaking for us.

You may not:

  • Bid on “hypershot”, “hypernuclear” or similar terms, including misspellings, in search or social ads
  • List your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, unless we agree in writing
  • Send spam or messages people didn’t ask for
  • Register domain names, social accounts or app listings using our names
  • Share your code on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content

If you break these rules, we may end your participation and withhold the commissions that came from the broken rule.

You may use the hypershot and hypernuclear names, logos and screenshots to promote hypershot, as they appear in our press materials. Don’t alter them. This permission ends when you leave the program.

  • We may change these terms, the commission rate or the buyer’s discount. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and changes never reduce commissions you’ve already earned.
  • Either of us can end your participation at any time by email. We’ll pay the commissions you earned before then under section 4, unless we ended it because you broke these terms.
  • We may end the program for everyone with 30 days’ notice.

To run the program we keep your name, email address, your code and your sales and commission totals. Your payout and tax details are collected by Stripe. You’ll see your own sales totals, never a buyer’s name, email address or license key. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

  • You’re an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense, and you can’t make commitments for us.
  • The program isn’t exclusive. You can promote other products, and we can work with other partners.

The program is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
