Section titled “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee”Every hypershot purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If hypershot isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Section titled “How to Request a Refund”Email us at support@hypernuclear.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used to buy hypershot (and your license key, if you have it handy — we can look it up either way).
We’ll confirm your request and process the refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
What Happens After a Refund
Section titled “What Happens After a Refund”- Your license is deactivated, and hypershot will no longer activate with it.
- Purchases made with a promotional discount are refunded at the amount actually paid.
- The guarantee applies per purchase, once. We can’t offer repeat refund cycles on the same product.
- Refunds apply to purchases made directly from hypernuclear (via hypernuclear.com). If you bought through a bundle or third-party promotion, that promotion’s terms govern.
- This policy is for digital licenses — there is nothing physical to return.
